Our philosophy includes a conscious effort to focus our expertise on both sides of a business relationship. We interview the people receiving information as carefully as those who wish to deliver information. We also seek the opinions of consultants to assist in organizing data into software applications appropriate to their field and to test our products before they go to market.

They possess many combined years of expertise in designing proprietary software, designing and making fine art, managing collections of artwork, instruction, running small businesses, and providing documentation to insurance companies on behalf of businesses and individuals.

Hagen's worked for 25 years as a studio jeweler before embarking on her second career as a fine art documenter in 1998. An arts advocate, she has taught art business workshops and served the arts community since 1984.  Ms. Hagen and her team developed the Curatorial Management System software, CMS Image Libraries, Cruatorial PDF forms, and lecture series to guide artists and collectors through documenting their fine art portoflios to IRS and ASA appraisal standards. Hagen tutors artists and authors in organizing their published writings, drawings, and private art collections for estate planning.
